Returns & Replacements
At this point in time we do not offer returns due to the nature of how we make our products.
However we do offer replacements for orders damaged via shipping.
How can I get a replacement if my order was damaged through transit?
Firstly take photos of the packaging damage and inside damage as evidence so we can send this information to NZ Post for insurance.
Once this has been processed and accepted, we will happily send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
If you are unhappy with your order in anyway, email us so we can help you out!
Please send your original product back within 30 days of it arriving at your doorstep. If agreed upon, you are responsible for the shipping related costs when sending it back and we will cover shipping costs for sending you a replacement.
No replacements or returns on discounted items.
